At HUBNORDIC, we consist of three neighboring properties, enabling us to offer you even more across the buildings. For example, you can choose freely where to dine, as each property features different menus. Similarly, we don’t need to allocate space for hairdressers and massage therapists in all three buildings. Instead, we can dedicate that space to facilities like dry cleaning, fitness rooms, and more.

Tip #1: Save on amenities – use ours

If you’re looking to optimize, why dedicate square meters in your rental space to, for example, a football table, when you can enjoy football and table tennis in our shared areas?

There’s also no need to arrange a private dry-cleaning service or an in-house masseur. Plus, our commercial leases include access to fitness facilities. This way, you can still treat your employees to various perks without hassle.

Tip #2: Save space – utilize our shared areas

Are you adapting to new needs for greater flexibility? You don’t need to allocate space in your rental for that. We offer lounges and other shared spaces, perfect for taking a break, holding meetings in a different setting, or providing a quiet spot for individual focus—all conveniently close to your office.

There’s also no need to install showers for colleagues who bike to work; we’ve already got that covered.

Happy employees are productive employees, and we’ve designed our facilities to make their daily lives easier. Enjoy access to an underground parking garage with dry and secured access for bikes and cars, as well as charging stations for easy charging of your choice of transportation. Employees can have clothes dry-cleaned, rent a dress, or visit a hairdresser or masseur during the day.
